Welcome to VIAZUNO. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the VIAZUNO website, services, APIs, and associated web tools. By accessing or using VIAZUNO, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account, plan trips, or follow partner booking links. Minors under 18 may use the platform solely under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Platform: Planning & Estimation Only

VIAZUNO provides travel-planning information and clearly identified partner links. Transport observations describe published source information, and trip-cost results may combine those observations with your own estimates. Neither is a guaranteed trip price. VIAZUNO is not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking agent.

3. Third-Party Booking Providers & External Transactions

Accommodation search opens through KKday, while flight and car search use separate partner search experiences. External provider terms, prices, availability, and booking conditions apply. Review the final price and conditions with the provider before paying. Any commercial transaction, payment, ticket issuance, or cancellation policy is strictly a bilateral contract between you and the respective third-party provider.

4. Timeliness of Data & Source Limitations

Source information can change after it was reviewed. Check the source, observation date, and any stated limitations before relying on a fare, route, schedule, or destination detail. Transport operators and municipal transit authorities frequently adjust timetables, ticketing structures, and operating hours without notice.

5. Intellectual Property & Limited License

All proprietary text, user interface designs, visual layouts, software architecture, branding trademarks, and computational cost models are the exclusive intellectual property of VIAZUNO. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited personal license to view, use, and print content for individual, non-commercial travel planning purposes.

6. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibitions

You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including:

• Using automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or harvesting tools to extract data without explicit written consent.
• Probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities of our infrastructure or circumventing security controls.
• Introducing malicious code, viruses, or disruptive network requests.
• Misrepresenting identity or impersonating VIAZUNO representatives or other travelers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

VIAZUNO is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VIAZUNO, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including missed flights, hotel cancellations, travel disruptions, or price variations arising from reliance on platform data.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable governing law without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and failing that, submitted to the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.
