For a reservation made after following a VIAZUNO partner link, use the support details on your booking confirmation or the partner's website. The booking provider handles payments, changes, and cancellations. Because VIAZUNO does not collect payments, hold reservations, or issue tickets, our team cannot access, modify, or cancel your travel reservations.

• Hotel & Activity Bookings: Contact the designated accommodation provider or customer support team identified in your confirmation voucher (such as KKday).
• Flight Tickets: Access your itinerary directly via the ticketing airline or travel agency specified in your Aviasales / Travelpayouts booking confirmation.
• Car Rentals: Reach out to the car rental provider listed on your rental voucher (such as DiscoverCars, EconomyBookings, AutoEurope, or Europcar).
