Editorial Policy

VIAZUNO is committed to delivering accurate, objective, and source-attributed travel information. Our editorial guidelines govern how content is researched, written, vetted, and maintained.

1. Core Principles: Factual Objectivity & Independence

VIAZUNO publishes reviewed destination guidance and source-attributed transport observations. Source references and observation dates are shown where available so you can judge how to use the information. Our editorial mandate prioritizes traveler utility, verified municipal facts, and algorithmic accuracy over commercial interests.

2. Source Attribution & Verification Standards

We rely on authoritative primary sources when indexing destination infrastructure:

  • Official Public Transit Authorities (e.g., Qatar Rail, Dubai RTA, Transport for London, RATP Paris, MTA New York).
  • National ministries of tourism, official municipality bureaus, and civil aviation authorities.
  • Verified open-source reference datasets (including Wikidata and public geospatial registries) subjected to editorial quality gates.

3. Transparency in Unknown Data & User Estimates

A published fare or timetable is not a live availability or disruption feed. Missing information stays unknown, and user-entered trip costs are labelled as your estimates. Provider search results remain separate from VIAZUNO's reviewed content. When a specific cost component cannot be definitively verified, our system labels it as unknown rather than presenting a misleading figure.

4. Independence from Commercial Partnerships

Commercial relationships do not determine editorial conclusions. Check the original authority or booking provider when a detail is time-sensitive. Commercial partners have zero influence over which transit options we recommend, what advice we provide, or how destinations are evaluated.
